Guiding operations for the smooth execution of events at Madonna Event Centre.

The following terms and conditions guide the operations of the Madonna Event Centre, Airport Road, aimed at ensuring the smooth running of events and the optimal satisfaction of our esteemed clients.

  1. Reservation Deposit: In order to reserve a hall, there shall be at least a minimum commitment deposit of 30% of the total amount designated for that hall.
  2. Final Payment Timeline: Total balance payment must be completed at least four (4) days before the scheduled date of your event.
  3. Event Duration & Extensions: The standard duration of an event is capped at five (5) hours (e.g., 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM). If an extension is requested, every additional hour costs ₦70,000, which must be fully settled before the extension hour begins. Payment prior to the event day is strongly advised to ensure continuity.
  4. Sunday Schedules: Due to community schedules, all events booked on Sundays officially begin starting from 1:00 PM onwards.
  5. Cancellations & Date Changes: In instances of dynamic booking cancellation or a fallback to an unavailable alternative date, 30% of the total hall fee shall be explicitly retained by the management. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the prospective date.
  6. Property Protection Liability: Clients must ensure no damage is caused to the chairs, tables, air conditioning units, floral structures, or other technical property assets inside the hall premises. If accidental damages occur, complete repair valuations must be processed before exiting the location.
  7. Hall Capacities & Outfittings: Madonna Event Centre operates two distinct structural configurations:
    • The Top Floor tier accommodates an approximate seating capacity of 550 individuals.
    • The Ground Floor tier accommodates an approximate seating capacity of 450 individuals.
    All essential tables and premium seating models are handled and supplied cleanly onbound via standard internal management.
  8. Complimentary Dressing Lounge: Access to a dedicated private lounge/dressing sequence is supplied entirely on a complimentary basis. This area is strictly limited to wardrobe adjustments, costume switches, and quiet preparation spaces—it must NOT be leveraged as an itemized stock storage hold for physical goods, case files, or refreshment crate supplies.
  9. Storage Safety Exclusions: There are no long-term or temporary safety deposits inside general halls or underneath structural stairwell positions. Asset setups left unattended remain completely at the owner’s risk; building management assumes zero structural or insurance liability for materials displaced or lost.
  10. External Support Crews: Host groups are expected to independently procure and coordinate their own specialized vendors, including professional disc jockeys (DJs), greeting personnel (ushers), security guards (bouncers), and theme coordinators (decorators). For DJs, we heavily advise arranging an independent functional sound generator package to verify backup source configurations.
  11. Theme Adjustments & Breakdown Timelines: Venue prep can be organized during pre-allotted timeline windows on the event morning or across advanced overnight schedules if clear layout fast-tracking is necessary. All decor components must be broken down, uninstalled, and evacuated from the space immediately following the official close of the event, particularly on the Ground Floor, to respect cleanup cycles.
